Q-2390

The Qualcomm Dragonwing™ Q-2390 processor combines on-device AI, vision, and real-time processing for compact, cost-optimized systems.

Q2

Dragonwing Q-2390 brings application processing, graphics, vision, on-device AI, real-time processing, and flexible connectivity together on one integrated IoT platform. Its heterogeneous architecture provides dedicated quad-core CPU, GPU, AI, ISP, and RISC-V MCU resources, so workloads can be distributed efficiently while maintaining responsive application performance.

Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, dual Ethernet with Time-Sensitive Networking, PCIe, USB, and broad I/O provide additional connectivity and integration flexibility. Support for Android, Yocto Linux, Ubuntu, and Zephyr gives teams flexibility across a range of compact commercial, enterprise, and consumer applications. The Dragonwing Q-2390M version adds integrated LTE Cat 4 data connectivity, extending product deployment beyond local networks.

The Dragonwing Q-2390 and its industrial-grade counterpart, the Dragonwing IQ-2390, extend intelligent edge computing across a variety of industries and environments.

Benefits

Integrate AI, Vision, and Real-Time Compute

  • Dedicated quad-core CPU, GPU, AI, ISP, and RISC-V MCU resources support efficient workload partitioning.
  • Local processing helps reduce cloud dependency, latency, and application CPU load.

Extend connectivity with integrated cellular

  • Connect products through integrated 4G LTE Cat 4 data, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and dual Gigabit Ethernet.
  • Support time-aware wired communications with Time-Sensitive Networking and additional system expansion through PCIe.

Developer-ready from evaluation to design

  • Start with EVKs that expose key interfaces for rapid prototyping and system evaluation.
  • Develop with Android, Yocto Linux, Ubuntu, and Zephyr (for the RISC-V MCU).

Build responsive visual experiences

  • Use quad-core application processing and integrated graphics to support responsive user interfaces.
  • Process camera inputs with the integrated ISP for vision-enabled applications.

Support security for the long haul

  • Hardware-backed security features support trusted boot, device identity, key protection, and data integrity.
  • Software maintenance and lifecycle support provide a foundation for vulnerability handling and ongoing product security.

Scale across product designs

  • Scale within the Dragonwing portfolio as processing, vision, AI, connectivity and packaging requirements dictate.
  • Use a common compute and software foundation across retail, access control, appliances, home robotics, and commercial devices.
