When Quick Charge 5 launched in 2020, it set an industry benchmark as the first commercial 100W+ charging platform, taking devices from 0 to 50% in just five minutes while delivering up to 70% greater efficiency than its predecessor, without compromising on safety.*

Now, we’re excited to introduce Quick Charge 5+, the next evolution in fast charging. It builds on this proven foundation with the same reliable, high-speed performance, paired with cooler, more consistent charging and smarter, more efficient power delivery for compute devices.

With Quick Charge 5+, you can push your device harder without worrying about overheating. The technology intelligently adapts voltage and current to your device’s needs, using lower voltage at higher currents, up to 20V at 7A, to minimize heat generation.

Quick Charge 5+ is expected to begin rolling out in accessories later this year.
