And with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 technology as well as the designed power efficiency of the 820, the Elite x3 can help road warriors keep plugging away without having to stay plugged in.
The productivity it enables comes from more than just the power of the device itself—with its unique mobile ecosystem, the Elite x3 revolutionizes the business experience through its suite of productivity apps that can seamlessly transfer to other at-home or at-work devices. Available on the Elite x3, HP Workspace can virtualize a PC environment right on the device, giving users access to curated x86 applications wherever they are. And with HP Desk Dock, the virtualized PC can replicate a fully featured desktop experience with support for an external monitor, two USB-A and USB-C connections, and wired Ethernet.
And the device doesn’t sacrifice on compatibility or security. Support for Windows Continuum is designed for frictionless multi-screen transitions across other devices, meaning work won’t be siloed within grounded devices—virtualize on the Elite x3, and continue to work, seamlessly, right at the traditional workspace. And with biometric unlocking capability, enterprise customers have an extra layer of protection if devices are lost or stolen.
The HP Elite x3 is expected to be available this summer.
