Qualcomm Incorporated today announced that its Board of Directors appointed Marie Myers to the Board, effective immediately. Ms. Myers will serve on the Audit Committee.

Ms. Myers joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in January 2024, where she leads the company’s Finance & Strategy organization and is responsible for all aspects of financial operations. Prior to joining HPE, she served as CFO of HP Inc. (HP) since 2021. She previously held a variety of other positions at HP, including Chief Transformation Officer, overseeing the Information Technology and Transformation organizations. In 2015, Ms. Myers was HP’s Finance lead for the separation of Hewlett-Packard Company, which resulted in the creation of HPE. She previously served as CFO at robotic process automation company UiPath.
Ms. Myers earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland, in Brisbane, Australia. She also earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, in Houston, Texas.
