Vecow Co. ACS-1000

The Vecow ACS-1000 Series is an Edge AI Computing System powered by the Qualcomm Dragonwing™ IQ9 platform. Built around the Dragonwing IQ9 Series System-on-Module, the ACS-1000 integrates an octa-core Qualcomm® Kryo™ Gen 6 CPU and Qualcomm® Adreno™ 663 GPU, supporting up to 100 TOPS of AI performance for demanding edge AI workloads. Designed for robotics and Industrial IoT applications, the ACS-1000 provides on-device AI computing for autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), inspection robots, machine vision, and industrial automation systems. Its edge AI capabilities are designed to support real-time perception, vision processing, sensor data processing, and AI inference directly on robotic and industrial edge devices. For vision-intensive robotic applications, the ACS-1000 supports up to 16 GMSL2 cameras or up to 16 analog cameras, designed for high-density multi-camera perception and vision processing. Dual 2.5GbE LAN and four GigE PoE+ LAN ports provide additional connectivity for cameras, sensors, LiDAR, and other networked edge devices. The system also provides a broad range of industrial connectivity, including isolated CAN-FD, isolated digital I/O, USB 3.1, and multiple M.2 expansion slots supporting 5G/4G, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth®, and NVMe storage. These interfaces support integration with sensors, communication modules, and peripheral devices commonly used in robotic and Industrial IoT systems. With support for up to 36GB LPDDR5 memory, a Yocto-based Linux BSP, a wide 9V to 50V DC input, and -40°C to 70°C extended-temperature operation, the ACS-1000 is built as a rugged, scalable edge AI platform for AMRs, robotics, intelligent inspection, machine vision, and industrial automation applications.
