Qualcomm Appoints George Mansho Vice President and General Manager ofOmniTRACS International

In a strategic move to expand its worldwide presence, Qualcomm Incorporated's (NASDAQ:QCOM) OmniTRACS® division announced the promotion of George Mansho to Vice President and General Manager of OmniTRACS International. Mansho will manage current operations, develop new market strategies, expand international partnerships and execute the division's strategy in terms of future migration paths and product development plans.

In his three year tenure as Director and then Vice President of Licensing and Strategic Alliances for Qualcomm's CDMA division, Mansho played a keyrole in building Qualcomm's international business relationships with such notable manufacturers as NEC, Fujitsu and Siemens. Mansho brings a degree in Law and nearly fifteen years experience with strategic alliance relationships in the satellite and telecommunications industry to his new position.
