NAS for Recommendation Systems

This project aims to profile NASRec (Neural Architecture Search for Recommendation Systems) recommendation models using Qualcomm Snapdragon® Platforms, following our launch of end-to-end Neural Architecture Search for end-to-end architecture design.  We compare throughput of NASRecNets with varying (1) architecture designs, including the choice of transformer blocks, and (2) pruning strategies, such as structured pruning. The benchmarking offers significant headroom to optimize models for better adaptation on specialized hardware, such as Qualcomm Snapdragon®
