Fold AR – visualizing 3D structures

FoldAR creates 3D visualizations of protein molecules using the Snapdragon Spaces platform. Given an amino acid sequence, we leverage generative biology models to create a 3D rendering that can be rotated and inspected by a lab scientist. This software is intended to help brainstorm protein candidates for future research and synthesis. In the future, we plan to extend the project by adding additional visualizations (e.g. bindings on key sites).
