Buckhead Life Restaurant Group Joins Growing List of SWAGG Merchants

SWAGG Gift to be available in Outlier’s hometown of Atlanta

Mobile commerce enabler Outlier, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Qualcomm Incorporated (NASDAQ: QCOM), and Buckhead Life Restaurant Group, a renowned Atlanta-based fine dining group, today announced that Buckhead Life has signed on to be the first fine dining restaurant group in the Greater Atlanta area to offer gift cards through Outlier’s soon-to-be-released mobile application, SWAGGTM. Buckhead Life joins a growing list of merchants that will feature SWAGG in time for the 2010 holiday season.

During an initial promotional period, when customers of Buckhead Life purchase the Ultimate Dining Card from the SWAGG mobile application, they can receive up to an additional 20 percent (on top of the purchase amount) added to their mobile Ultimate Dining Card. The cards can be used at Buckhead Life’s 12 restaurants in the Greater Atlanta area, as well as two establishments in Boca Raton, Florida.

SWAGG also provides consumers mobile access to account information, loyalty card points or balances, and the ability to share content. The technology is designed to change the way consumers conduct transactions with their favorite brands and shops. SWAGG will be available in time for the 2010 holiday season.
