At Snapdragon Summit 2025, we'll show you how Snapdragon is leading the evolution of AI, delivering:
  • AI that’s personal and proactive, adapting to your needs and context.
  • Performance that lasts for days, enabling uninterrupted workflows and entertainment.
  • Seamless, cross-device experiences, enabling continuity across phones, PCs and beyond.

As we approach Snapdragon Summit 2025, the tech industry is abuzz with anticipation. Plenty of people talk about AI, but we’re the ones who can show your AI — not generic cloud chatbots, but personal devices which uniquely empower you. We're on the cusp of a new era, one that we've been laying the groundwork for over the past year.

For nearly two decades, Snapdragon Technology has powered the world’s most iconic mobile experiences. From transforming smartphones into intelligent companions to revolutionizing in-vehicle safety and comfort, Snapdragon has consistently been the spark behind innovation across phones, PCs, cars and wearables. Our flagship event Snapdragon Summit has been going on for the past 10 years to debut these innovations on the global stage, before they’re embedded into your everyday devices.

This year, we’re not just talking about the future — we’re going to show you how to use your own tech to create it. Here’s what I’m looking forward to:

"This year, we’re not just talking about the future — we’re going to show you how to use your own tech to create it"

The new era of computing

The Snapdragon X Elite platform, launched at Snapdragon Summit 2023, transformed the sleepy Windows PC market. At Computex 2025, Qualcomm President and CEO Cristiano Amon teased the next generation of Snapdragon X and next week at Snapdragon Summit 2025, we'll get our first good look.

The  innovative Qualcomm Oryon CPU, along with the dedicated NPU for AI computing, in the Snapdragon X Elite platform have redefined what a PC chipset should look like and how it should handle diverse workloads. We’re not stopping — we’re building on what we did, to push things further. Windows PCs are never going back to what they were.

AI belongs at the edge

The consumer thirst for AI is massive, but data centers are limited by chips, power, water and space. If AI is to continue to grow, much of it will have to be done on the individual devices we hold in our hands. On-device AI brings the power of AI to consumers in meaningful, personal ways. Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, unveiled at Snapdragon Summit 2024, showed the potential of AI-driven features in mobile devices and the success of this platform has set the stage for further advancements.

At Snapdragon Summit, we’ll be showing the latest in commercial, on-device AI applications — including some you haven’t seen yet. You’ll come away appreciating the power and capability of the devices you own doing things you previously thought needed the cloud.

Empowering creators

New tools and technologies powered by Snapdragon within the Android and Windows ecosystems will empower creators. This will democratize access to high-end creative capabilities, enabling a new generation of artists, musicians and filmmakers. Advancements powered by Snapdragon in AI and computing will play a crucial role in this transformation.

We’re going to bring professional-grade creative tools to the widest audience ever, and we’re going to integrate creative capabilities across Android and Windows devices, smoothing the path to getting your vision seen.

"With all these in mind, you’ll see how the next era of intelligent computing is defined by agentic AI — technology that can take action on your behalf."

Tune in September 23-25

With all these in mind, you’ll see how the next era of intelligent computing is defined by agentic AI — technology that can take action on your behalf. This shift will make devices more intuitive, responsive and deeply personal. Next week, my colleagues and I are excited to show you all how all this comes together:

  • Immersive kickoff experiences highlighting  most iconic Snapdragon moments.
  • Visionary keynotes exploring how intelligent platforms will empower the “Ecosystem of You.”
  • Hands-on demos that reveal how AI is woven into daily life — from personalized recommendations to real-time enhancements in communication, creativity and productivity.

The announcements made at Summit will be a herald of the changes to come, setting the stage for a more innovative, more efficient and more creative tech ecosystem. Tune in next week from September 23–25 to see how Snapdragon is engineering human progress.
