Devices powered by Qualcomm receive over 50 awards at this year’s CES

Qualcomm Technologies is at the heart of CES 2018’s most-lauded devices

Last week, the tech world gathered in Las Vegas for its annual sneak peek of the future. CES is the premier showcase for big manufacturers to unveil their latest and greatest devices, energetic startups to tout their envelope-pushing innovations, and tech journalists to come and document it all.

While you won’t find Qualcomm Technologies’ name on a lot of gadgets at CES, you may be surprised by all the products that our technologies power. For more than three decades, our innovations have helped shape and propel consumer technology of all kinds. Today, we continue our work pushing the frontiers of segments as diverse as IoT, auto, networking, home security, audio, mobile, and XR (just to name a few).

And, boy, did we make an impact this year.

At this year’s show, the tech press bestowed more than 50 awards on devices powered by Qualcomm Technologies across categories such as: Cameras, Headphones, Laptops, Mesh Networks, Smart Displays, Smart Homes, Smartphones, VR headsets, and Wearables.

We’re excited to help drive continuous innovation within the mobile industry and are thrilled that our many collaborators were so recognized for their achievements. We can’t wait for next year’s CES!
