How 5G will change everything

Qualcomm CEO Steve Mollenkopf to discuss 5G and fueling the Invention Revolution at CES 2017 keynote

For nearly 50 years, the annual CES show in Las Vegas has served as a launch pad for new technology and gadgets. In brief, it’s a tech enthusiast’s paradise that offers a preview of what consumers will be clamoring for in the months to come. It’s also a place where the world’s most influential and visionary tech leaders discuss their ideas, tout their products, and inform a worldwide tech-savvy audience where the tech industry is headed next.

For CES 2017 (Jan. 5-8), Qualcomm will return to the keynote stage, where CEO Steve Mollenkopf will discuss the revolutionary effect that 5G will have in our lives. In addition, Mollenkopf will share Qualcomm’s vision for 5G and how it will serve as fabric that connects everything on a massive scale, from connected cars and the IoT, to drones, immersive virtual reality experiences and mission-critical services.

Qualcomm has already proven itself by leading the world in the development of 3G and 4G, so expect Mollenkopf’s keynote to inspire and offer insight to what’s possible with 5G and how it will change everything.

Catch the keynote at CES 2017, inside the Venetian’s Palazzo Ballroom, Friday, Jan. 6 at 9 a.m. (PST).
