Marshall Headphones’ London is calling

Inspired by its legendary amps, Marshall Headphones has created a smartphone that lets you rock out wherever you are. Meet the Marshall London, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor with Hi-Fi audio support, designed with music in mind.

As a member of the Marshall Headphones family, the London is outfitted with sleek brass details and matte black accents. Hatch designs and pebbling on its back surface are designed to look like the company’s classic guitar amps, but also provide better grip.

At the top of the London sits a golden M-button that gives instant access to music when pressed. The handset features two front-facing speakers and two audio outputs, allowing two people to listen to music simultaneously and at different volume levels. Users can precisely control the volume with the London’s gilded scroll wheel on the smartphone’s right side.

If musical inspiration strikes you can record on the go with the London’s built-in stereo microphone and noise-reduction technology. It can play a variety of formats—including uncompressed FLAC files—to playback at a higher resolution. And with Marshall Mode in-ear headphones included in the set, users can immerse themselves in powerful bass lines and crystal-clear melodies.

The London has 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and a 2,500mAh removable battery. Capture acoustic jam sessions or impromptu music videos on the smartphone’s 8-megapixel camera and watch them on the London’s 4.7-inch, 720p display.

Priced at 4,995 Swedish krona—about $590—the London is set to be available in 22 countries, with delivery expected at the end of September. For its first round of launches, it’s set to be available in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Switzerland, Netherlands, Scandinavia, and the Baltic States.
