Smart Stop Light

Skill Level Area of Focus Operating System
Beginner Sensors,Smart Cities Linux

This project is a smart stop light simulation using the DragonBoard™ 410c from Arrow Electronics. The DragonBoard 410c is used to control the traffic lights on the intersection, and the sequence of lights is based on the inputs which simulate the presence of cars waiting to cross the intersection.

Objective

The project aims to design a smart stop light which can self-adjust the light sequence based on the vehicles waiting on the intersection. Using the DragonBoard 410c as the development platform, the project has the potential to create a self-learning traffic grid that can redirect traffic to avoid congestion.
