Welcome to “Snapdragon Stadium”

Get ready to see red. Qualcomm Stadium is undergoing a temporary transformation, and for ten days, will become “Snapdragon Stadium.” Snapdragon Stadium’s tenure kicks off with the San Diego Chargers taking on the Baltimore Ravens on December 18 and will round out with the San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl and Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl, December 21 and December 28.

Why the change? Because when it comes to mobile tech, consumers are becoming more and more savvy. It’s only natural that these same consumers want to understand how their mobile devices work. By renaming Qualcomm Stadium to Snapdragon Stadium, we are creating more mobile user awareness of Snapdragon processors, which in turn will allow us to inform these same consumers on how Snapdragon processors help their smartphones and tablets do more. From watching HD videos to playing console-quality games, Snapdragon processors make all this possible while still maintaining longer battery life.

Tune in this Sunday to catch the first game in Snapdragon Stadium at 5:00 p.m. P.T. on NBC. The San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl will take place on December 21 at 5:00 p.m. P.T. The Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl will be on December 28 at 5:00 p.m. P.T. If you can’t make it to the bowl games at Snapdragon Stadium, then be sure to watch on ESPN.
