Dynamic ML Model switching

Building on a TensorFlow mobile app foundation, our project introduces a novel approach to real-time object detection on Android, utilizing Qualcomm's HDK8550 Kit. It enables dynamic ML model switching, aiming better QoS by adapting to varying conditions. Key features include real-time performance metrics, adjustable runtime parameters, and support for models like MobileNetV1 and EfficientDet Lite series. This research paves the way for developing self-adaptive ML systems capable of seamless model switching, reflecting our research for adaptive, context-aware applications.
