1.1 What is a product page?
CreatePoint product kits have been replaced by chip-centric product pages for the top-level view on Qualcomm.com (e.g., /content/qcomm-martech/us/en/home/products/application/audio/qcc5100-series/qcc5141).
A product page contains information relevant to the chip that is not expected to change with software releases (e.g., Data Sheet, hardware design guidelines, chip overview, etc.).
The product page lists the software products associated with the chip. Software product documentation can be found under the “Documentation” tab on the product page and its corresponding detail page.
1.2 How do I find the product I’m working on?
There are several ways to access product pages on Qualcomm.com. The following outlines the two primary use cases.
Method 1
Use the global site search feature in the top-right corner of Qualcomm.com.
Search for a product by name (e.g., “QCC5141”).
If necessary narrow results by applying the “Products” filter. Note: the “Product” label in the top-right corner of a result item indicates a product page.
Method 2
Select "Products" in the global navigation bar, then select “Product Finder” in the dropdown menu
Use the local search feature to filter results by product name. You can also narrow results by applying filters in the left sidebar or by enclosing your query in double quotes (see section “3 Search” for other search tips).
1.3 How do I get product alerts (security bulletins)?
On some product pages, there is an option to select "+ Add alert" under the product name. Currently, alerts are limited to security bulletins and are supported on select products.
You can manage your subscribed security bulletin alerts in your account.
