It’s time to meet another wonderful, talented member of the Snapdragon Insiders community. This month, meet Ajeesh from India (@Ajeesh021997 on X and @ajeeshajayakhosh on Instagram). Ajeesh is a mobile photography lover and, of course, a lover of Snapdragon® tech. Let’s see what Ajeesh had to say about being part of the Snapdragon Insiders community. But before we dive in, here’s a word from Ajeesh:
March Insider of the Month - Ajeesh
Mar 9, 2024 | 0:13

What sparked your interest in technology?
My love of mobile photography sparked my interest in technology, and the more I got into mobile photography, the more I got into Snapdragon. I have several devices with Snapdragon — including a Redmi 5A (Snapdragon 425 Platform), OnePlus 11 (Snapdragon 8 Gen 2), Nothing Phone (2) (Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1), OnePlus 10T (Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1), and a realme 6 Pro (Snapdragon 720G) — and I’m continuously using phones powered by Snapdragon for my photography and everything else in my daily life.
Why are you a fan of Snapdragon?
I’m a big fan of Snapdragon technology because Snapdragon processors are capable of anything. The processors are well known for high performance with low power consumption and great image processing. I think ISPs play a major role in photography, so I love the high-quality images I can get with Snapdragon. I capture so many photos daily with my devices powered by Snapdragon.
What’s the best photo you’ve ever taken with a smartphone camera powered by Snapdragon?
My favorite photo is actually one that was recently showcased by Snapdragon at the World Economic Forum. I captured it using the Nothing Phone (2) powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. It shows a beautiful spot in Polachira, Kerala, India — it was a serene and green haven. Unfortunately, the site no longer exists due to human activity, specifically the illegal mining of clay, which caused the waterbody to dry up.
How did you get involved with the Snapdragon Insiders community?
I followed Snapdragon when the Snapdragon India Instagram account (@Snapdragon_in) was created, and that’s how I got involved in the community. After following and engaging with the Snapdragon India Instagram for a while, I was sent the OnePlus 10T, which was super exciting.
What do you like most about being a Snapdragon Insider?
The Snapdragon Insiders community is great. I have learned so much, especially about photography. The community has really helped me improve my photos, even if it’s just by studying other photos from Snapdragon Insiders. Everyone is so supportive and helpful, and it’s great to see how global the community is. Hopefully, I can meet some fellow Snapdragon Insiders in person soon.
What's your dream photography collaboration?
This community has so many talented photographers, who all have such different styles, but I especially love Jeffrey (@jeffrey_jpeg on X and Instagram) and Bree’s (@xobreex3 on X and @xo.breex3 on Instagram) photos, so I’d like to collaborate with them.
If budget wasn't an issue, what's your ideal photo shoot location?
First, I’d like to travel around India and capture some of our monuments. Then, I’d like to go to Hawaii — where Snapdragon Summit is held each year — and capture some of the beautiful beaches and sunsets.
