Snapdragon Insiders shift perspectives with the #ShotOnSnapdragon #SnapUp challenge

American author Henry David Thoreau once said, “It’s not what you look at that matters. It’s what you see.” Sometimes, a change in perspective can reveal new details and cast a new light on the places we visit every day. The #ShotOnSnapdragon #SnapUp challenge brilliantly demonstrates this by challenging Snapdragon Insiders to capture things around them in new and creative ways. From architecture and landscapes to foliage and spanning shots of the sky, the challenge has produced some incredible shots from unique perspectives.

The challenge was created by photographer and Snapdragon Insider Ryan Cleary (@spintheweedawg on Twitter), who’s made a name for himself in the community by sharing his awesome #ShotOnSnapdragon photos on his social media channels. After his previous challenges, including holiday-themed #SnapofHope and the month-long #30DayShotOnSnapdragon challenge, inspired Snapdragon Insiders to capture hundreds of pictures with their Snapdragon devices, Ryan decided to kick off 2023 with a new challenge. As he put it on Twitter, “Look for things around you don't normally notice.” And just like that, #SnapUp was born.

Armed with the power of Snapdragon camera technology and their own ingenuity, Snapdragon Insiders hit the ground running on the #SnapUp challenge and snapped some seriously frame-worthy shots. Take a look at some of the incredible photos the challenge has produced so far.

Feeling inspired? Get behind the lens, show off your unique perspective, and make sure and tag your photos with #SnapUp to share with the community.

Once again, we’ve been blown away by the talent and creativity of our Snapdragon Insiders community, and we can’t wait to see what you’ll think up next.
