Extras for Snapdragon Insiders
As you probably know by now, we love Snapdragon Insiders. (Which is to say: We love you.) We also love to reward your enthusiasm for the community with special perks — like inviting you to the Snapdragon Summit, or giving you top-of-the-line tech powered by Snapdragon platforms. More recently, we asked you all to participate in the #RepYourRedChallenege for a chance to join us and tech content creator Stephanie Carls in Austin, TX for the F1 United States Grand Prix.
The challenge was straightforward. Share a photo or video of yourself wearing red (because Ferrari and Snapdragon!), tag Snapdragon on Twitter or Instagram, and use the hashtag #RepYourRedChallenge. We’ve got to say: The response was overwhelming! The Snapdragon Insiders community really stepped up to the challenge, posting clever videos and hilarious photos in hopes of being selected as one of two lucky winners.
The competition was steep, but in the end, Dan Gage (@EnglishDanYT on Twitter) and Vincenzo Landino (@vincenzolandino on Twitter) came out on top.
When Dan and Vincenzo got to Austin, they met up with Stephanie to document the weekend. Equipped with a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, our Insiders took to the Circuit of the Americas with one thing in mind: snapping the perfect photo to encapsulate the excitement of an F1 weekend. We think they both did a pretty good job!
Stephanie (@stephelisecarls on Twitter, @stephanie.carls on Instagram) did her fair share of documenting the occasion as well. From Ferrari fit checks to videos of historic F1 cars zipping around the Circuit of the Americas to selfies with her new friends and breathtaking photos shot from the top of the COTA observation tower, Stephanie brilliantly captured the excitement pulsing through Austin during the weekend. She even got to hangout with Qualcomm CMO Don McGuire!
Capping the amazing weekend off with a great result on the track, Scuderia Ferrari driver — and F1 fan favorite — Charles LeClerc finished in 3rd place, achieving his 10th podium of the season. All in all, it was a great day for Snapdragon, Snapdragon Insiders, and our partner Scuderia Ferrari. We can’t wait to do it again next year!
