Snapdragon® 8 Elite processor isn’t just another upgrade—it’s a major leap forward in mobile technology. For the first time, we've integrated the 2nd Gen Qualcomm Oryon™ CPU and Qualcomm® Adreno™ GPU directly within our mobile platform, setting a new standard for performance and efficiency. The Qualcomm Oryon CPU powers the platform with its advanced 3nm technology, while the Adreno GPU enables smooth graphics and AI capabilities.

 

What makes the “Elite” name so special? 

The name of Snapdragon 8 Elite was carefully chosen to represent the highest level of performance we've ever delivered in a mobile processor. We knew that Snapdragon 8 was already synonymous with excellence yet simply calling it “Snapdragon 8 Gen 4” didn’t fully capture the breadth of its power. This revolutionary leap forward needed a more significant name. “Snapdragon 8 Elite” brings this transformation to life, reflecting our commitment to setting a bold industry standard and leading the future of technology.
