At Old Trafford, these sounds define the match‑day experience for Manchester United fans. To capture that energy, we went behind the scenes with MattyBeats (@mattybeats) at Manchester United's iconic stadium to record and mix the sights, sounds, and emotions of match day using devices powered by Snapdragon. The result? A track that unites football fans around the world. Check out the behind the scenes of The Sounds of Old Trafford. "I love to capture inspiration from things that are not typically considered something of use in a track." – Matty ### Creating The Sounds of Old Trafford with the Microsoft Surface Pro 12-inch and Snapdragon tech To compose *The Sounds of Old Trafford*, Matty used his [Microsoft Surface Pro 12-inch](https://www.bestbuy.com/product/microsoft-surface-pro-copilot-pc-12-touch-screen-snapdragon-x-plus-16gb-memory-512gb-ufs-device-only-violet/JJGXPXT3FW) powered by a Snapdragon® X Series. This all‑in‑one creative device gave him the flexibility of a tablet and the performance of an AI PC so he could mix, master, and fine-tuned his anthem. Using his go-to software, [PreSonus Studio One](https://www.presonus.com/pages/studio-one-pro?srsltid=AfmBOoopyaTiadnHFEitYUQc_64NADNzZaNKOzc4TTfiOBS8pXyo610i), which runs as a native app on PCs powered by Snapdragon X Series, he was able to bring the stadium sounds to life. "I'm not surprised because this is a device with Snapdragon X series. It allows me to just create... I still have battery life and I can work and be creative wherever I am." - Matty Matty used Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones equipped with Snapdragon sound with Qualcomm aptX lossless audio for high-resolution sound while mixing, to make sure every note in the anthem hit just right. To capture those defining sounds, Matty took time to wander the stadium, tuning in to the unique little moments that make match day unforgettable: the cheers, the chants, and the spontaneous bursts of energy that fans say shape the Old Trafford experience. He discovered the standout audio snapshots are what set each match apart and give the stadium its legendary atmosphere.
