Personal Participation
I confirm that I will personally participate in all interviews and assessments. I understand that the individual who participates in the interview must be the same individual who will be employed if selected. Any form of impersonation, substitution, or misrepresentation is prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
Prohibition on Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools
I agree not to use any AI tools, bots, large language models (LLMs), or automated systems to generate responses, complete assessments, or assist during interviews, unless specifically asked to do so by Qualcomm as part of its standard hiring practices. All responses must reflect my own knowledge, experience, and communication. Use of AI to simulate, enhance, or substitute candidate input will result in your disqualification for the role, and may impact your ability to be considered for other roles at Qualcomm.
No Recording
I understand that recording or transcribing of interviews by me is prohibited, regardless of the form of the recording or transcribing (e.g., audio or video recording, screen capture, etc.). This includes the use of third-party tools or browser extensions that may record or transcribe conversations.
Identity Verification
I understand that Qualcomm may use lawful means to verify my identity at any stage of the hiring process.
Use of Technology in Recruitment
I acknowledge that Qualcomm may use AI-enabled tools (e.g., for scheduling, sourcing, or resume screening) to support the recruitment process. These tools are used to assist recruiters and hiring teams but do not make final hiring decisions. Qualcomm complies with applicable anti-discrimination laws in the use of such technologies.

I understand that Qualcomm will collect and process my personal data in accordance with Qualcomm Privacy Policy.
Confidentiality of Prior Employment Information
Candidates should not disclose any confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information from their current or previous employers—or any other third parties—during interviews or the hiring process with Qualcomm. Any examples, project details, or experiences shared should be described at a high level without revealing sensitive or protected information.
