We use an AI-powered tool, provided by Eightfold AI Inc. in the hiring process to assist in predicting the degree of match between you and our job positions. This tool is a matching model based on factors such as the skills specified in the job description and our selection criteria. We do not make the decision about your application solely based on this model output. In addition, we may also use an automated key word search function, where the system scans your application, resume, and/or curriculum vitae for key words or phrases to prioritize further consideration to those containing such keywords or phrases.
