Qualcomm TrueWireless

Qualcomm® TrueWireless™ technologies enable truly wireless earbuds that meet consumer demand for on-the-go audio that maximizes sound quality and battery life. Our TrueWireless technologies enable product designers to eliminate the need for wires between the media source and the earphone for truly wireless earbuds. Our advanced TrueWireless Mirroring technology is engineered to provide a next-generation user experience that allows the user to seamlessly swap between the earbud connected to the smartphone and the earbud that mirrors the connection. The connection smoothly and invisibly changes to ensure the best possible robustness without audio dropouts—all without the user having to do a thing.

Qualcomm TrueWireless Stereo

Develop true wireless earbuds with Qualcomm TrueWireless Stereo technology. Our TrueWireless Stereo technology is engineered to offer consumers an improved listening experience with high-quality audio and extended battery life. TrueWireless Stereo offers an easy pairing experience with no need to pair individual earbuds—a user can pair one bud and the other is designed to automatically initiate pairing. Qualcomm TrueWireless Stereo enables robust connectivity when making calls and listening to music to deliver a premium user experience.

Qualcomm TrueWireless Mirroring

Our next-generation Qualcomm TrueWireless Mirroring technology delivers robust, seamless connectivity for a truly immersive audio experience. With mirroring technology, only one earbud maintains the Bluetooth connection with the smartphone, while the secondary bud mirrors the connected bud. This technology is engineered to deliver a rapid, seamless swap in multiple use cases. If a consumer removes the connected earbud, the secondary earbud assumes the connection with zero interruption. Or if the connection between the smartphone and mirroring bud is stronger than the connected bud, the connection will invisibly swap to ensure the best possible connection. Qualcomm TrueWireless Mirroring is also engineered to manage a single Bluetooth address so only one device appears when the user is pairing their earbuds to a smartphone.
