The Qualcomm® CSRA6620 SoC is a highly-integrated digital stereo amplifier controller, designed to combine the power efficiency of Class D technologies with the audio performance of linear amplifiers. CSRA6620 is the first of our new generation of Qualcomm® DDFA™ amplifier products.

DDFA technology is founded on a patented digital modulation and feedback technique, which is designed to correct the distorting influences present in all Class D switching amplifiers to help improve performance. DDFA is designed to deliver the high power efficiency of a class D amplifier, with the fidelity of high end linear amplifiers.

Our next generation DDFA Digital Amplifier Technology is ideal for manufacturers who want to integrate superior amplifier performance in a low complexity, cost effective way. It is also designed to be compatible with high resolution 384kHz digital audio sources.
