Good things come in small packages, too.
Soon you’ll be able to pick up a mini, lighter version of the popular Samsung GALAXY S4 smartphone, powered by the Qualcomm® Snapdragon® 400 processor, and designed to enable superior speed, graphics and performance, at a lower cost. Samsung GALAXY S4 mini will also have many of the popular software innovations in its big brother but in a more chic and compact size.
At 4.9 inches tall, 2.4 inches wide and .35 inches thick, it’s slightly shorter, wider and thicker than the GALAXY S4 but is also lighter overall. The GALAXY S4 mini will still have the signature curved edges and be available in Black Mist and White Frost.
Underneath that beautiful case, the phone runs on Android and has many of the advanced software features that make the GALAXY S4 stand out including Group Play which lets you play games with friends and S Translator that provides instant text or voice translation.
You’ll also get incredible, high-fidelity images with its 8MP camera and smooth 1080p HD video recording and playing. Again you’ll get many of exciting Samsung software features including Sound&Shot which uniquely captures sound and voice as you take photos, panorama, night mode and continuous shot to take the best photos for any moment.
The phone will connect super fast with LTE versions available in most areas and 8GB with a microSD slot that could give you an extra 64GB.
Samsung GALAXY S4 mini will be officially rolled out at a Samsung Premiere event in London on June 20.
