Qualcomm Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM), a leading developer and innovator of advanced wireless technologies, products and services, today announced the appointment of Warren Kneeshaw to vice president of Investor Relations within the Company's global marketing & investor relations group. Warren will transition into this new role during the next couple months, at which time he will oversee the Company's investor relations program and relationships with Qualcomm's shareholders and equity analysts and the timely dissemination of information and data to these important stakeholders.

Kneeshaw joined Qualcomm in 2003 and is currently vice president of Finance within the Qualcomm Technology Licensing (QTL) division, with finance responsibility for QTL, as well as the Global Business Development organizations.
John Gilbert will take on a new role as vice president of Finance for FLO TV Incorporated, a wholly owned subsidiary of Qualcomm. Since 2007, he has led our Investor and Analyst Relations organizations. Prior to that, he was the Finance lead for Qualcomm Wireless Business Solutions (now Qualcomm Enterprise Services) and held strategic business development and international finance roles within that division. As the primary finance lead for FLO TV Incorporated, Gilbert will assume responsibility for accounting, financial analysis and strategic finance functions.
