(CDMA) and other advanced wireless technologies, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement with Sky Link, a leading communications provider and the largest CDMA operator in Russia, for a commercial launch of wireless applications and services based on Qualcomm's BREW solution. The rollout of BREW services will enable Sky Link subscribers to shop for and download a variety of applications from ringtones, games and information applications to business services that enable productivity over-the-air on Sky Link's CDMA2000® network.
