(Saigon Postel) on the successful commercial launch of its CDMA2000 1X network, S-Fone, which commenced service last week.
The new S-Fone network covers 12 provinces and cities (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Dong Nai, Vung Tau, Binh Duong, Long An, Tien Giang, Ha Tay, Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Hai Phong and Quang Ninh). S-Fone is operated by Saigon Postel, with Korean joint venture partner, SLD Telecom.
