Qualcomm Incorporated Declares A Two-for-One Stock Split

SAN DIEGO -- April 14, 1999 -- Qualcomm Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM - news) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a two-for-one stock split of the Company's Common Stock in the form of a 100 percent stock dividend. The stock dividend will be distributed on May 10, 1999 to stockholders of record on April 21, 1999.
