Equal for all: The U.S. Supreme Court rules in favor of same-sex marriage

Qualcomm has always believed that diversity in the workplace drives ideas and invention—the more diverse people’s backgrounds and perspectives are, the more sound our projects and products will be.

Said Justice Anthony Kennedy, "Their hope is not to be condemned to live in loneliness, excluded from one of civilization's oldest institutions. They ask for equal dignity in the eyes of the law. The Constitution grants them that right."

In celebration of the U.S. Supreme Court’s landmark ruling the right for same-sex couples to marry, San Diego Qualcomm employees gathered at lunchtime to show their support.
