LG G Pad 8.3 LTE available at Verizon Wireless

First announced late last year, the LG G Pad 8.3, LG’s first G series tablet was also featured as the first Google Play edition tablet, and is now available in an LTE version, exclusively from Verizon Wireless.

Featuring a powerful, battery-efficient Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 600 processor, the LG G Pad 8.3 LTE is made for multitasking. With an 8.3-inch Full HD display, this tablet is ideal for watching movies, browsing social media and editing documents. Moving back and forth through multiple running apps is fast and simplified with Slide Aside, which allows users to switch between up to three apps by sliding three fingers across the screen while QSlide lets users display up to two apps on the screen at once, for example a side-loaded movie can play while an email browser is also open. And with the exclusive Verizon Wireless Q Pair App, the LG G Pad 8.3 LTE can be linked via Bluetooth with an Android smartphone to receive notifications for calls, texts and social media updates.

On top of all these multi-tasking features, the LG G Pad 8.3 LTE was uniquely designed to be ergonomic and held easily in one hand for hours of reading with the pre-loaded Amazon Kindle app.

Other notable specifications and features:

  • 5 MP camera
  • 1080p HD video capture
  • 2 GB RAM
  • KnockOn: tap the display twice to wake it up or put it to sleep
  • SmartShare: convenient sharing of images, videos, music and documents to compatible devices
