Product Longevity Program for Qualcomm IoT Portfolio
Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. builds Qualcomm® SoCs for certain applications that may require longer life cycles. These products are developed and engineered with product longevity and durability in mind, helping to bring stability to our customer product designs. In support of the foregoing, Qualcomm Technologies has established a Product Longevity Program, which covers a select catalogue of Qualcomm SoCs that have been designed to meet a list of qualifications that are tailored to help address life cycle requirements of certain industrial and enterprise use cases (such SoCs hereinafter referred to as “PL Products”). A list of PL Products, along with their expected corresponding product longevity period, can be found in the Qualcomm Technologies’ Product Longevity Catalogue that is set forth below.

The following is a list of “Active” PL Products of Qualcomm Technologies that are currently part of the Product Longevity Program:

1The effective date of this Product Longevity Catalogue is June 1, 2023. Qualcomm Technologies reserves the right to update the catalogue table above from time-to-time in order to add new PL Products to this program, as well as make changes (as permitted below) to the information in the table above pertaining to any “Active” PL Products.
2Unless otherwise stated, the actual day in the month specified above shall be deemed to be last day of said month.

Program Conditions
- Qualcomm Technologies will make commercially reasonable efforts to make PL Products available for their corresponding product longevity period as specified in the Product Longevity Catalogue below.
- PL Product availability is measured from Qualcomm Technologies’ commercial launch date of the participating product.
- PL Product availability may be subject to an annual Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) established by Qualcomm Technologies. Accordingly, if said annual MOQ amount is not met in a particular year for a PL Product, Qualcomm Technologies reserves the right to remove said PL Product from the Product Longevity Program the following year.
- Qualcomm Technologies may require customers to migrate from a participating PL Product during its product longevity period to another product that is form, fit and function compatible with such participating PL Product.
- The products in the Product Longevity Catalogue, the longevity period, or both, are subject to change by Qualcomm Technologies at any time due to any causes beyond its reasonable control.
- As part of the Product Longevity Program, software upgrades and updates, including security maintenance, may be made available by Qualcomm Technologies for certain PL Products during their respective product longevity period subject to the payment of a maintenance fee.
- Nothing herein shall in any way be construed as altering the applicable terms and conditions under which Qualcomm Technologies or its affiliates supply any PL Products to you. All rights and obligations with respect to any particular PL Product provided by Qualcomm Technologies or its affiliates, as the case may be, to you are solely as defined in the definitive agreement(s) between our companies for such PL Product(s).
