The Qualcomm Scaler startup program provides startups selected in the program with access to Qualcomm based developer solutions including Dragonwing™ IoT platforms, Qualcomm® Cloud AI credits, and support for AI deployment and DevOps tools from Edge Impulse and Foundries.io to help startups accelerate the development and deployment of solutions using Qualcomm Technologies.

In addition, startups receive access to developer toolkits, training, and technical enablement, along with community and expert support. Complementing this global program, Qualcomm's annual, regional cohort-based incubation programs—with over a decade of proven impact—offer an intensive, high-touch experience for a select group of startups, providing hands-on engineering mentorship, technical training, and IP guidance to accelerate solutions from prototype to real-world deployment.
