1.6T PAM4 Optical DSP
The Qualcomm Dragonfly™ O200 DSP is a 3nm CMOS single-chip, low-power and low-latency PAM4 optical transceiver Digital Signal Processor (DSP) retimer. It is a 200G/lane device delivering high performance, high reliability interconnect for 1.6T and 800G Optical Transceivers. The O200 includes integrated laser direct drive capability for Externally-Modulated Laser (EML) and Silicon Photonics (SiPho) based modulators.
