800G PAM4 Optical DSP

The Qualcomm Dragonfly™ O100 DSP is a 4nm CMOS single-chip, low-power and low-latency PAM4 optical transceiver Digital Signal Processor (DSP) retimer. It is a 100G/lane device delivering high performance, high reliability interconnect for 800G and 400G Optical Transceivers. The O100 includes integrated laser direct drive capability for Externally-Modulated Laser (EML) and Silicon Photonics (SiPho) based modulators.
