1.6T PAM4 Electrical DSP

The Qualcomm Dragonfly™ CU200 DSP is a 3nm CMOS single-chip, low-power and low-latency PAM4 Active Electrical Cable (AEC) Digital Signal Processor (DSP) retimer. It is a 200G/lane device delivering high performance, high reliability interconnect for 1.6T AECs. The CU200 can also function as an 8x212.5 Gbps protocol agnostic retimer.
