800G PAM4 Electrical DSP

The Qualcomm Dragonfly™ CU100 DSP is a 4nm CMOS single-chip, low-power and low-latency PAM4 Active Electrical Cable (AEC) Digital Signal Processor (DSP) retimer. It is a 100G/lane device delivering high performance, high reliability interconnect for 800G AECs. The CU100 can also function as an 8x106.25 Gbps protocol agnostic retimer.
