Entry Level Bluetooth 4.0 Mono Speaker Chip

The CSR8605 chipset is an addition to the CSR8600 family of single chip Bluetooth ROM audio devices that targets entry level Bluetooth A2DP audio sink mono speakers.

CSR8605 and Qualcomm Kalimba are products of Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., and/or its subsidiaries.

  • Internal ROM, serial flash memory and EEPROM Interfaces
  • High performance Mono CODEC
  • Multipoint A2DP support enables connection to 2 A2DP source
    devices for music playback
  • Audio interfaces: Mono line-in, I²S, PCM and SPDIF
  • Integrated dual switch-mode regulators, linear regulators and battery charger
  • 3 hardware LED controllers (for RGB)
  • 68-lead QFN 8x8 x 0.9mm 0.4mm pitch package
