The new Moto X is ready when you are

Moto X

The brand-new Moto X is the first smartphone to be developed in partnership by Google and Motorola. Together, they've jam packed the Moto X with the best features from each of their camps to create ground-breaking capabilities. This cutting-edge smartphone features the multi-tasking, battery efficient Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ S4 Pro processor.

Available in woven black or white for Verizon, you can also create your own customized Moto X with AT&T or directly from Motorola. You choose the front, back and accent colors as well as the storage size and matching accessories.

The Best of Both Worlds

Google Now

The Moto X makes the concept of hands free living truly hands free. You simply say "okay, Google (or Moto)" and the Moto X will complete your request, all without you touching your phone.

Sensory Functions

Not only is it always listening and ready to respond to a command, the Moto X also senses when and where you are and adjusts your phone's settings accordingly. For example, it can sense when you're driving and then automatically switch to the hands-free mode. It knows through your calendar when you're in meetings and will turn itself on silent mode and deliver auto-replies.

The First All-American

According to Motorola, the Moto X is the first smartphone designed and assembled in the USA. This "local" smartphone boasts new features uniquely developed by Google and Motorola as they collaborated and rapidly iterated with the end-to-end process all taking place in the USA.

Magic Glass

It sounds mythical, but it is very real. What Google and Motorola are calling 'Magic Glass' is a specially treated type of Gorilla Glass that covers the phone's entire 4.7-inch display and wraps around its sides, forming a nearly seamless gap with the rear shell. This gives the phone an incredibly sleek look while maintaining a high level of durability along with the reinforced aluminum frame on the backside.

Pure Android

The Moto X will run on the stock Android operating system, which some users prefer for its lightweight and clean interface. This also means the Moto X will receive Android updates directly from Google.

Active Display & Active Notifications

Even when your phone is locked, you can preview messages, make calls, send texts, get directions, play music, set a reminder and much more without waking up or unlocking your smartphone.

Motorola Connect

You can connect your Moto X device to other devices to see your text messages and callson your computer's Google Chrome browser.

Motorola Migrate

When you need to, this feature easily moves your photos, videos, SIM contact and even your call and text history from your old Android phone to your new Motorola phone wirelessly in just a couple steps. No more asking everyone to send you their contact information.

The Moto X is available now with Verizon Wireless for $199 (16GB) and AT&T for $199 (16GB) and $249 (32GB) with a two-year contract. A 32GB developer edition that's bootloader unlocked will also be available soon.
