Sachin Deshpande is Director of Product Management in Qualcomm Services Labs (QSL) via the acquisition of Tapioca Mobile, a company where he was CEO and Co-Founder. Prior to that, he was Head of Developer Relations at Qualcomm's BREW Division. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the U.C. Berkeley, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
