As vice president of ecosystem development for Qualcomm, Mitch Oliver is responsible for cultivating high-value strategic ecosystem partnerships and delivering business opportunities across all Qualcomm divisions. Prior to this role, Mitch served as vice president of solutions and marketing for Qualcomm Internet Services (QIS). He was also instrumental in developing BREW, a mobile retailing solution for customers seeking to bring high-value wireless services to market and enhance the mobile experience for consumers.
Mitch holds a master’s of science in operations research from the University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor’s of science in mathematics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
