Christophe Bernard is a director of product management at FLO Technologies. In this role, Christophe helps define the product strategy for international mobile broadcast deployments with an emphasis on European opportunities. Prior to joining Qualcomm in 2002, Christophe was the lead engineering manager of Motorola’s Dispatch Consoles group, where he was in charge of designing user interfaces of police radio dispatch systems.

Christophe is a native of France and holds both a master’s of business administration degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and a bachelor’s of science degree in engineering from the Centrale Marseille group in France.
