Qualcomm's Eudora Pro 3.0 Receives Top Honors at Comdex Computer Industry Trade Show
SAN DIEGO — November 20, 1997 — Qualcomm Incorporated (NASDAQ: QCOM), a leader in wireless communications and advanced electronic messaging solutions for the Internet, today announced that its leading Internet messaging software Eudora Pro™ 3.0 garnered two major industry awards announced at Comdex/Fall, a major computer products trade show, held recently in Las Vegas. Eudora received PC Computing's "MVP" Award for Best Email and Collaboration Software and was named for the second consecutive year to Home Office/Small Office Computing Magazine's 6th Annual Editor's Pick List."We are thrilled that our industry recognized Eudora Pro 3.0 as the best Internet Email Software for 1997," said Jeff Jacobs, vice president and general manager of Qualcomm's Eudora Division.
