- 6+ years of experience with tier-1 handset manufacturer worldwide or the equivalent in the wireless industry. - 5+ years of experience in a combination of marketing channel marketing, marketing communications, field channel or the equivalent. - Extensive marketing experience with profound understanding of 2G/3G/4G market, standards/technology (GSM, CDMA, TD-SCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA2K, LTE, etc.) as well as handset distribution ecosystem in China. - Successful experience(s) working with/through operators, manufacturers, vendors, organizations to execute a common, larger goal. - Strong ability to effectively communicate internally and externally. - Self-driven, proactive & independent. - Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Experience in compiler development - intermediate representations, machine independent and machine dependent optimizations, code generation and processor specific optimizations. Working knowledge of assemblers, linkers, loaders, object file formats, instruction set simulators, debuggers and experience using them. Knowledge of the structure & function of the virtual machine internals bytecode formats, stack, heap, constant pool resolution, garbage collection, execution mechanisms, etc. Knowledge of the structure and function of the compiler internals. Knowledge of compilation challenges and potential solutions for languages like Java (e.g., dynamic dispatch, polymorphism, polymorphic inlining, inline caching) and JavaScript (e.g., dynamic types, dynamic addition/deletion of properties/values to classes). Knowledge of instruction sets and computer architectures - pipeline structure & hazards, cache & memory organization, etc. Strong background in embedded software development, experience in assembly language programming and optimization and analyzing compiler generated code for optimization/code generation opportunities. 5 to 10 years of programming experience in C/C++. Should have exposure to large scale software build, integration and test environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills required LLVM or any industrial strength compiler development experience Proven track record in contributing to open source projects desirable Familiar with scripting languages used in build systems and hands-on experience on debugging embedded systems preferred.
