Qualcomm Enters Into Agreement With Telstreet.com for Web Sales Of pdQ Smartphone

– November 23, 1999 – SAN DIEGO -- November 23, 1999 -- Qualcomm Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM), pioneer and world leader of Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) digital wireless technology, today announced the launch of direct sales via the Internet of the Qualcomm pdQ™ smartphone, the all-in-one digital wireless phone and pen-based organizer that integrates Qualcomm's industry-leading CDMA technology with 3Com's Palm Computing® platform.

Telstreet.com, a leading e-tailer of wireless phones, service and accessories will handle order fulfillment and service provisioning of pdQ smartphones purchased via the Web.
