Jacobs, Chairman and CEO of Qualcomm will be speaking as a keynote about the State of the Consumer Electronics Industry and Opening Technology and Evolving Countries (TEC). Dr. Paul E. Jacobs' keynote will be part of the TEC Program at the 2012 CES, focused on the role mobile technology plays in global innovation and economic growth in consumer electronics.
