Description:

Qualcomm Interface Control Documents (ICDs) describe
the diagnostics (DIAG) protocol and packet structures
for log items as well as command request\response pairs.
There are multiple documents for all supported Qualcomm
technologies. These documents allow tool vendors and
special projects to decode and use log files collected by
QXDM Pro. The DIAG protocol and library of items are all
defined in the ICDs and used by DM, QPST, QXDM Pro,
and other real-time diagnostic monitors and NV memory
editing applications.
