Qualcomm forms incubation lab to launch next-generation mobile services and applications

Qualcomm Services Labs, Inc. (QSL) is a wholly owned subsidiary created to develop and introduce new services and applications that tap into the advantages of mobile technology. QSL recently launched its first four services: Neer, Qilroy, Tapioca and Vive.

This is great!!. Cool stuff. We shud try for mobile video streaming and mobile web conferencing applications.

I personally find a great need for it and dont find any decent application on the App Store.
